A distributor’s worries are not the same as an end user’s. You are not afraid the part is expensive; you are afraid the supplier will reach your customer directly, and that you will be left holding stock you cannot move. The way a supplier handles packaging, documents and data decides whether you can resell at all. Here is how we are set up to support that.
Neutral packaging — nothing identifies the end user
Every shipment is packed in neutral packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies the end user, the machine, or the contents — only what customs and the carrier need. Your customer receives a box that is yours to present, not a box that bypasses you on the next order.
Split shipments with independent documents
Where one order serves several of your customers, it can ship as separate consignments, each with its own invoice and packing list. You forward each to its destination without exposing the others, and without re-handling the goods. This is what lets you buy in volume and still sell in ones.
No published prices — you set the margin
The catalogue carries no published retail price. You price to your market, and the gap between your price and our quotation is yours to keep. There is nothing on the shipment or the documents that tells the customer what we charged you.
A technical data pack you can forward
The hardest part of reselling is that you rarely touch the part yourself — you quote from the data. We can supply, on request, the producing factory’s material certificate with the shipment, and the reference number that defines the part. That gives you something concrete to forward to your customer when they ask what the part is and whether it is right.
Cross-reference support for your customers’ old numbers
Your customers arrive with numbers from machine books that are years out of date. Send those numbers to us and we match the old reference to the part that fits today — including the discontinued ones your customer assumes are unobtainable.
To discuss terms or a standing arrangement, reach us through the inquiry form — we reply within one business day.
