All aftermarket spare parts supplied by JP Machinery are covered by a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, calculated from the date of shipment.
What Is Covered
- Material or workmanship defects that appear under normal operating conditions.
- Parts that do not match the part number and description stated in the order confirmation.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, misuse or lack of maintenance.
- Failure resulting from incompatible equipment configuration not confirmed with our team.
- Consumable items subject to routine replacement by design.

These are independent aftermarket replacement parts. No OEM official warranty applies. Any original-equipment manufacturer warranty, where referenced, belongs solely to that manufacturer and is not extended or implied by JP Machinery.
How to Claim
Contact us with your order reference, photos of the affected part and a description of the issue. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion. Return of the defective part may be requested for inspection.
