2. Definitions
- “Site” means this website operated by JP Machinery Co., Ltd..
- “Goods” means spare parts and custom molds, including parts described as compatible with third-party production lines.
- “Buyer” means the company or authorized representative placing an order or inquiry.
3. Eligibility
This Site is a business-to-business (B2B) resource. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your company.
4. Quotations, orders & accounts
Catalog downloads and inquiries are informational. A quotation is an invitation to treat; an order is formed only when we issue written order confirmation. Technical specifications in catalogs are indicative and subject to confirmation at order time.
5. Prices & payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT, import duties, and local taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF) are stated in the quotation. Payment terms are per the confirmed order.
6. Shipping & delivery
Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk and title transfer according to the agreed Incoterm. The Buyer is responsible for import clearance and any destination charges.
7. Export & sanctions compliance
Goods are subject to applicable export-control and sanctions laws. We do not sell, ship, or deliver to individuals or entities in embargoed or sanctioned countries and regions (including, as applicable, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, and related restricted parties). Orders that would breach such laws will be refused.

References on this Site to brand names such as KRONES, SIDEL, KHS, SACMI, AROL and others are for compatibility and identification purposes only. JP Machinery Co., Ltd. is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by those manufacturers. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Any use of a third-party name is for descriptive purposes and does not imply any association.
9. Warranty
Unless a specific written warranty is stated in the order confirmation, Goods are supplied on a commercially reasonable basis. Wear parts and consumables are excluded from any extended warranty. Claims must be notified promptly per the order terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JP Machinery Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Goods.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of China, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts, unless mandatory consumer/protection law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
